What a great day celebrating the resurrection of our Risen Lord!!
This time of year is always very special...it is a strong reminder to us why we are here!! The fact that Jesus took my sin, your sin, everyone's sin to the cross, died, and then rose from the grave is the simple reason we must tell the world what He did and why He did it!
Even though we are used to being around close family this time of year God continues give us a great support network here as well. We have a new family, the Hesskews, that have moved here to help with the sports ministry and this was their 1st Sunday here. So, we took them to our Polish church and then we came home to our place for lunch. Afterwards, the kids all went outside to find Easter Eggs. In the pictures below you will see how God just continues to bless us and our children with wonderful friends...the Hesskews are a great family and the kids, a boy and a girl, are Philip's and Claire's age!!
We also had a great service that Sunday night at Compass. We had a great song service, great preaching, and we were able to participate in the Lord's Supper!
Below is a video from the service...Mark, Doyle, and myself sang "Arise My Love" and the youth did the drama that goes with the song!

I can't believe it!!! I could only get you to be a rough Roman soldier and now you are singing in a microphone!!!! What amazing work has been done in Poland.
