We had an incredible time...however, my idea of vacation is sitting on a beach listening to the waves crash...the only sitting that occured was by a little girl named Claire and it usually involved her sitting on someone's shoulders...and the only crashing we heard was when we arrived back at the Davey Crockett Ranch every night! Seriously though, we did have a great time at the Park and also getting to see the sights of Paris! What a beautiful, massive city!!!
As I mentioned, we stayed at the Davey Crockett Ranch. It was about a 10 minute drive from the Disneyland Resort and so we had to rent a car because there was no transportation to and from the Ranch. As far as driving goes...let me tell you...5:00 rush hour traffic in Atlanta has nothing on traffic in Paris. I have never been so nervous and stressed in my life!!
This trip was alot of fun for me and Rachel from the standpoint of getting to see the kids excitement as they would get to meet all their favorite Disney characters! They each had their favorite things to do as well. McKenna braved Space Mountain with Rachel! Philip loved the Buzz Lightyear ride and Claire loved the Aladdin ride. I think our favorite ride as a family though was the Thunder Mountain roller coaster...we rode it 6 times!!
Also, in one of the live shows, Lilo and Stitch, McKenna was singled out by Stitch and she became part of the whole theme...it was really funny, at least from her parents perspective!! (ask her to do her chicken sound for you)
Touring Paris was alot of fun as well...we hopped on one of those open-top buses which took you to all the main attractions...Notre Dame, The Louvre, The Arch de Triumph, The Eiffel Tower, etc... We thought that we had arrived at Notre Dame on a special day. We believed that we were going to actually meet the real "hunchback of Notre Dame" and then we realized that it was just a reflection of Rachel after she had carried Claire up 700 stairs at the Eiffel Tower! I am telling you folks, Claire just gets this cute little pitiful look and there is just no resisting her, no matter how painful!
All in all we had an unbelievable time with many memories!!

Great pics, can't believe you have so many with the characters! I'm sure it was a wonderful vacation. Paris is beautiful and all of you a very photogenic. Miss you
